Senior project and Pre-sales Engineer

  • Responsible for project implementation a delivery
  • Establish Project Strategy & Plan
  • Attend and present Project Status during project progress review Meetings to management
  • Be aware, ensure for the implementation, and related to Quality, HSSE, risk, project budget and schedule
  • Arrange with the software team for new solutions or modifications
  • Assist sales teams and management to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • Support the sales teams and partners, as well as marketing development efforts, by bringing domain, solution and technical expert credibility directly to ongoing sales cycles
  • Prepare necessary client presentations and site visits
  • Follow up and monitor the progress of tenders to ensure response and submission of administrative files in a timely and accurate manner
  • Integrating and testing functionality with other parts of the solution before the final delivery to customer
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering / Electronics and Communications Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of project experience working in the construction industry required
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software
  • Language: Excellent command in both written and spoken English is a must
  • Basic project and people management skills
  • Analytical skills and innovative approach to solve problems.
  • Business and technical writing skills

Senior Technical Engineer – Dubai

  • Review the technical components of the proposals that he is responsible for ensuring the efficient coverage of the customer requirements in these components
  • Design highly technical solutions for the entire integrated solution components
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, developers, and Consultants, especially with key individuals who are in a position to influence the project
  • Understands client requirements and translate them into technology requirements
  • Organize and conduct customer presentations, and seminars
  • Integrating and testing functionality with other parts of the solution before the final delivery to customer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field
  • +2 years of experience within the UAE market
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English

Senior Sales Executive

  • Achieve sales targets
  • Follow up on sales cycle
  • Monitor projects within the team and other departments
  • Review project contract negotiates the terms and conditions with customers to close the deal
  • Follow up the finished, current and new project’s status and solve issues
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Report sales team efforts for the direct manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration / BIS “business information” or other equivalents
  • (3-5) years of experience in the same field
  • A very good command of English is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very good at Microsoft Office “Word, Excel, and PowerPoint’’
